Do you suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)? YES NO
1. Have you ever been a victim of or exposed to a traumatic event in which you felt that your life was threatened?
2. At the time of exposure to the event, did you feel fearful or terrified?
3. Do you now avoid places, situations, people or memories concerned with the traumatic event?
4. Do you now find yourself more concerned with danger to yourself and others?
5. Have you been bothered by unwanted memories and flashbacks regarding the trauma?
6. Do you find yourself avoiding thoughts about the trauma?
7. Since the traumatic event, are you more irritable and jumpy, experience sleeplessness and/or impairment in concentration?
8. Have the symptoms following the trauma had an unfavourable impact upon your life?

If you find yourself answering YES to most of the above questions, you may be suffering PTSD.
